Cancellation Policy

REFUNDS: All classes and events are non-refundable. LATE BOOKING: Booking closes 30 minutes before the class start time. Drop ins are allowed if space is available. CANCELLATION FOR CLASSES: If you cannot attend class, you may send us an email to transfer to another class within 2 weeks of the original class. A $5 fee will apply to transfer. Clients are limited to 1 class transfer. Special events, collab classes and intensives are non-transferable. Cancellation notice is minimum 2 hours before class in order to transfer. PRIVATES & PERSONAL TRAINING: A $20 deposit is required upon scheduling private dance lessons & single personal training sessions. This goes towards the final balance due on the day of the session. Sessions cancelled less than 8 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equaling the deposit. If clients cancel at least 8 or more hours before, they may use the deposit towards the next session.
