Cancellation Policy
REFUNDS: All classes and events are non-refundable. LATE BOOKING: Booking closes 30 minutes before the class start time. Drop ins are allowed if space permits. CANCELLATION FOR CLASSES: Class credit may be redeemed ONLY if client cancels at least 2 hours before class. ** Credit must be used within 2 weeks of the original class. Participants are limited to 1 class transfer. If client requests to reschedule 2 or more times, a $5 fee will apply. **Credits do not apply to special events; Ex: "VXN Concert" , "Brunch N Burn", Collab classes, Intensives etc. PRIVATES & PERSONAL TRAINING: A $20 deposit is required upon scheduling private dance lessons & single personal training sessions. This goes towards the final balance due on the day of the sessio
