SERVICES
We are licensed and certified to teach various dance and fitness classes, as well as personal training. Dance fitness classes are a great way to get some cardio in while having a great time dancing! You can burn anywhere between 500-1000 calories depending on your level and class intensity. Choreography classes are taught at Beginner, Adv Beginner, Intermediate, & Open Level for adults ages 18 and up. Classes are open to dancers with very little experience to years of training. We aim to create an environment where there is no judgment, pressure or competitiveness . Classes are designed for adults who want to improve their dance skills, try a new style of dance, or just get moving!
PRIVATE DANCE LESSONS
Do you learn better in a more intimate setting? Or are you new to dance classes? Get a full 1-on-1 breakdown of a routine of your choice, or choose to work on a specific technique to improve your dance skills and confidence. Privates are available by the hour. Group privates and private parties are also available.
INTENSIVES
Intensives are great for dancers who want to take their skills & technique to the next level, create content, build confidence, and become a stronger dancer (mentally and physically). Intensives are typically 4 week (or 3 hour) programs where dancers learn technique and specified choreography over the course of the program. Dancers have the option to film their performance at the end of the program. Intensives are typically Intermediate level.
BOOTY-CAMP
Booty-Camp is a small group training class for individuals who want to build strength and endurance. This is a full body circuit workout that focuses on toning & sculpting the lower region of the body including the abdominals, glutes, hamstrings, and thighs. Each class will incorporate cardiovascular training, resistance training, and recovery stretching.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Got fitness goals but don't know where to start? Do you get intimidated or distracted in the gym? Our sessions will help you reach your fitness goals whether it's getting toned, losing fat, building muscle, or increasing endurance. Programs are designed based on your goals and initial assessment.
