We are licensed and certified to teach multiple dance and fitness classes. Dance fitness classes are a great way to get some cardio in while having a great time dancing! You can burn anywhere between 500-1000 calories depending on your level and class intensity. All choreography classes are taught at a Beginner, Intermediate, or Open Level for adults ages 18 and up. Classes are open to dancers with very little experience or seasoned dancers. We aim to create an environment where there is no judgment, pressure or competitiveness . Classes are designed for adults who want to improve their dance skills, try a new style of dance, or just get moving!
