This wellness journal is intended to be used consistently for 60 days. It begins with intention setting, and is broken up into 8 weeks of prompts. Each week begins with positive quote or message. Each day provides a different activity, followed by a safe space for you to release your "free flow" thoughts. Some days will have specific questions for you to answer in your journal entry. The prompts will repeat for the following month so that you can compare and track your growth.
