Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION FOR CLASSES: If you cannot attend a scheduled class, you must notify us via EMAIL or Wix message to request a transfer to another class occurring within 2 weeks of the original class date. *Cancellations made more than 6 hours before class start time are eligible for transfer with a $5 transfer fee. *Cancellations made within 6 hours of class start time are eligible for transfer with a $10 transfer fee. *Cancellations made 1 hour or less before class start time are not eligible for transfer and will be considered a late cancel or no-show. *Our official cancellation window is 6 hours prior to class start time. Any transfer requests received after this window may not be honored, and the client will be marked as a late cancel or no-show. *Transfer fees are waived for recurring membership holders. REFUNDS: All classes and events are non-refundable, no exceptions. Please see the separate cancellation policy for Retreats under the retreat booking form. LATE BOOKING: Online booking closes 30 minutes before the class start time. Drop ins are permitted if space is available. Please always check our homepage to check class availability and status before heading to the studio. TRANSFERS & CREDITS: Credits will only be provided based on the client's eligibility for a class transfer. Class credits are valid for only 2 weeks within the original registration date, unless stated otherwise. Clients are limited to 1 class transfer per class. Special events, collab classes and training & intensive programs are non-transferable. Cancellation notice is minimum 2 hours before class in order to transfer. PRIVATES 1 on 1 SESSIONS: A $25 deposit is required upon scheduling 1:1 private dance lessons. The deposit will go towards the final balance due on the day of the session, prior to the start of the session. Sessions cancelled less than 8 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equaling the deposit ($25). If clients cancel at least 8 or more hours before, they may use the deposit towards the rescheduled session. PRIVATES GROUP PARTIES: A $100 deposit is required upon scheduling private groups. The deposit will go towards the final balance due the day of the session, prior to the start of the session. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equaling the deposit ($100). If clients cancel at least 48 or more hours before the event, they may use the deposit towards a credit.
