What's Not Included: - Flights - Ground Transportation & Airport Transportation - Transportation to destinations outside of itinerary - Tips & Gratuities - Spa services PAYMENTS: *Minimum non-refundable deposit of $350 required upon booking. Option to pay in full or pay installments until May 1st is available. Processing fees will be added to invoice for payments made with credit cards, PayPal or bank transfer. Zelle payments will not include a processing fee. *Late payments will result in a 10% late fee of balance due for each week payment is overdue. Cancellation Policy
ALL ACTIVITIES ARE OPTIONAL FULL INTINERY, ADDRESS OF STAY & ADDITIONAL DETAILS WILL BE EMAILED AFTER FULL BALANCE IS RECEIVED A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, no exclusions. Payments made towards your booking are refundable up until 90 days before the trip start date (50% refund).Requests for refunds must be made within at least 91 days prior the the first day of the retreat, with a doctor's note or letter stating a medical emergency. Refunds will not be issued for initial deposits required to confirm the booking, regardless of the date. Real Rhythm Dance and Fitness LLC, Marissa Tonge and Real Hot Retreats has the right to deny or refuse service to anyone who may not be a good fit for the retreats. This includes but is not limited to individuals with ill intentions, those who may cause harm to self or others, those who are a flight risk, or those who hold an unpaid balance past the final due date. Please be on the lookout for an email and instructions on how to make payments towards your invoice.
