Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION FOR CLASSES: If you cannot attend class, you may send us an EMAIL or message via Wix to transfer to another class that is within 2 weeks of the original class. A $5 fee will apply to transfer. Our cancellation time frame is 5 hours. Any transfer requests received after the accepted time frame may not be eligible for a transfer, and the client will be marked as a "no-show" or late cancel. Transfer fees are waived for recurring membership holders. REFUNDS: All classes and events are non-refundable, no exceptions. Please see the separate cancellation policy for Retreats under the retreat booking form. LATE BOOKING: Online booking closes 30 minutes before the class start time. Drop ins are permitted if space is available. Please always check our homepage schedule. TRANSFERS & CREDITS: Credits will only be provided based on the client's eligibility for a class transfer. Class credits are valid for only 2 weeks within the original registration date, unless stated otherwise. Clients are limited to 1 class transfer per class. Special events, collab classes and training & intensive programs are non-transferable. Cancellation notice is minimum 2 hours before class in order to transfer. PRIVATES & 1 on 1 SESSIONS: A $25 deposit is required upon scheduling private dance lessons & 1 on 1 sessions. The deposit will go towards the final balance due on the day of the session, prior to the start of the session. Sessions cancelled less than 8 hours before the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equaling the deposit ($25). If clients cancel at least 8 or more hours before, they may use the deposit towards the rescheduled session.
