Hey! 👋🏾 This week we’ll be focused on low impact but highly effective workouts while we are detoxing and cleansing. Todays focus is on “Stretch & Strength” .. honestly my fave type of workouts as a dancer. We’re building body weight strength, core stability and mobility to be able to move while feeling good. Day 8 workout is up!
Also if you’re up for the extra challenge this week let’s see if we can hit a consistent step goal each day. Remember, we’re setting long term habits, so practice makes progress. Try your best!
