Day 9… keep going
Hey y’all! We’re officially in week 2, day. 9. Remember to go at your own pace if you started after Jan 6th. Everything is marked by days not dates so don’t feel pressured.
Today we focus on how our body feels, what we’re nourishing ourselves with (mindful eating) and hydration. We’ll be dropping core workout a little later today. If you are feeling energized and want to get a more intense workout in feel free to revisit day 2 or 5 workouts.
