Today’s Challenge: Declutter Your Space
1️⃣ Choose One Area: Start with a small space like your desk, a drawer, or your bedside table.2️⃣ Set a Timer: Spend 15-30 minutes sorting, organizing, and letting go of things you no longer need.3️⃣ Donate or Discard: Release items that don’t serve a purpose or bring you joy.
Expect Lower Energy
You might feel a bit more sluggish today as your body continues to detox—this is normal! Stay gentle with yourself, and focus on hydration to support your energy and overall detox process.

I am a little off on my days. But yesterday at work I had some down time at work during a clinical meeting (since I’m not clinical I’m admin) and re organized my office space, went through some forms, got rid of old ones, made copies re labeled folders etc etc
It felt refreshing!
