Day 3: Recovery & Mobility
Hey cuties! We made it to day 3 of our challenge. And today we slow down a bit, focus on mindfulness and setting our surroundings up for success. Our movement today will be an active recovery. Day 3 workout is live if you haven’t already completed it!
