Let’s take note of how many things we can habit stack today to maximize our time.
What habit am I working on stacking today? How will this new habit support my overall goals and lifestyle?
Anchor Habit: Brush your teeth in the morning.
Stacked Habit: Do 10 squats or stretches before leaving the bathroom.
Outcome: You add a small burst of activity to your day without requiring extra time.
Anchor Habit: Get into bed at night.
Stacked Habit: Write one thing you’re grateful for in a journal.
Outcome: You cultivate a positive mindset before sleeping.
Anchor Habit: Brew morning coffee.
Stacked Habit: While the coffee brews, write down your top three priorities for the day.
Outcome: You start your day with clarity and focus.
