3 Fly Girl Fall Tips to Thrive This Season

Summer is officially out of here and it's time for the Fall girlies to take a stand. Fall is a season for new energy, new focus, cozy feels, and taking a look back at those New Years goals that you set earlier in the year. (Yeah we didn't forget about those).

I've officially named this season "Fly Girl Fall" and I think it will help you rethink the way you may naturally feel about the Fall season. You don't have to feel depressed because warm weather is on it's way out. Instead, you can focus on leveling up this season. Here's a few ways you can make this your best Fly Girl Fall thus far.

1. REFOCUS & REINVENT

The weather isn't the only thing that goes through seasons. Humans do as well. so take advantage of this change by revamping your routines, reinventing yourself, and shifting your focus to what really matters to you.

If you really want a particular job, a more organized home, a healthier body, etc, then focus on the steps and the habits to move you closer to those goals. I personally put more time, energy and focus into my personal development during the Fall months so that I can finish the year strong and start the new year with momentum. I spend a little less time socializing and seeking pleasure, and more time working on mindset, my dream projects, and my health.

Fly Girl Fall doesn't have to look the same for everyone, but take a minute to think about what really matters to you, and where you want to see yourself in the next 6 months. You can either stay on track now, or fall off and start over in January. Your choice!

2. get moving

While Fall can be filled with fun festivities and outings like apple picking, pumpkin carving and costume parties, it can still be a time where many people experience seasonal affective disorder, or S.A.D. This is commonly known as seasonal depression. One of the best ways to prevent symptoms of seasonal depression is to MOVE YOUR BODY.

It's been scientifically proven that when we exercise our brains release endorphins (happy chemicals) that help boost our mood and self-esteem. People who work out more are just happier. I can prove it to you.

3. GLOW TF UP

When we think about glowing up, sometimes we just think about the physical aspect (perfect skin, nice body, better style). But the ultimate glow up is when you level up on the inside and outside. Some ways you can experience this is by being mindful of your nutrition, taking better care of your skin, drinking plenty of water, setting boundaries, dressing up for yourself, and raising your vibration.

Spend less time gossiping, complaining, or seeking validation through social media. Surround yourself with people who have similar goals, people who are on a mission to glow up themselves, and people who want to see you thrive. Release anything that doesn't feel good to you or no longer serves you, and make space for all the good coming your way.

Remember that you have the power to create a beautiful, healthy, and fulfilling life as long as you're willing to put the work in. Make the necessary changes this season and focus on what really matters.

Once you decide that you ARE a Fly Girl, you will accept nothing less than what you deserve.
